Board of Directors 

Ghanshyam Lukhi, Founder Director of Tapi Fruit Processing Ltd. (formerly Tapi Food Products, established in 1999), has been at the helm of the companys operations, bringing with him over 21 years of expertise in food processing, marketing, and product development. Beyond his entrepreneurial journey, he is also a respected Motivational and Public Speaker, serving as an EDP Faculty since 2009 in various colleges, the Centre for Entrepreneur Development, Government of Gujarat, and under the PMEGP Scheme of the Government of India.

Passionate about wellness, he has been a volunteer with the World Yog Awareness Mission since 2016, inspiring more than 10,000 people to embrace yoga. His commitment extends to environmental sustainability and resource conservation, where he plays an active role as a core member of the International Solar Food Processing Network, India. Ghanshyam has represented India on global platforms, sharing his success story at International Solar Food Processing Conferences in 2009, 2012, 2016, and 2017, across Germany, Portugal, and the USA.

Growth Milestone

  • 1999: Established Tapi Food Products as a home-scale unit, beginning with Papaya Tutti Frutti.
  • 2003: Set up the first manufacturing plant at the existing location.
  • 2004: Registered the company under KVICs REGP Scheme.
  • 2006: Installed Indias first Solar Steam Generating System for food processing.
  • 2010: Expanded product line by launching jelly candies and other confectionery items.
  • 2018: Converted into Tapi Fruit Processing Pvt. Ltd.
  • 2020: Achieved ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Certification for the manufacturing facility.
  • 2022: Transitioned into a Public Limited Company and successfully launched an SME IPO.
